Tucked away in the back, you’ll find an obscure wooden door inside of Pastry War that leads to an Alice In Wonderland’esque stairwell. At the top you’ll find yourself in one of Houston’s true cocktail heavens.
This spot is so good I’m hesitant to give away this one away.
While the cocktails run $14, it’s one of the few places in Houston you get a proper craft drink.
You don’t come here for the specials, but Highball Happy Hour has half-off all Japanese highballs.
